QP Print Press Fleet Adds Powerful New Member - HP Indigo 10000

To provide the maximum flexibility to customers and answer the market’s quest for small quantity and short lead-time products, QP recently enriched its facilities line-up with the HP Indigo 10000.
Indigo 10000 is the newest addition to the HP’s Indigo family.  Print size of the high-powered digital print press is doubled to B2, unleashing the Group’s potential to render large-sized items with digital solution.
Another distinctive advantage of the new digital press rests on its outstanding speed.  It takes less than 10 minutes to complete the imposition process.  When operate in full gear, the new machine can render 3,450 sheets per hour (4C/0), making it an effective choice for rush and medium-to-low volume order.
The new digital press also features a built-in Quality Automation Suite, which ensures consistency in print quality.  With a wide color gamut, it gives the most vivid and crispy color.  Also in place in the environmental-friendly facilities is a range of green printing and energy-saving functions designed to minimize carbon emission and support sustainable operation.
With the green and powerful press in place, QP is now in a better position to provide even more flexible and broad ranged supports to the industry.  Translated to customers’ benefits, it means shortened time to market and improved cost-efficiency on low volume order, thereby adding competitive edge in addressing dynamic consumers’ demands.
The arrival of Indigo 10000 provides another strong testament to QP Group’s commitment to create value for business partners through service excellence and products of the highest quality.  We will continue to get ourselves prepared to complement customers’ long term growth and development.
The new machine is scheduled to commence services in the third quarter of 2013.
